Spacious rooms, great aquapark, convenient location near chairlift and town, friendly staff, free covered parking, well-maintained outside area.

I recently had a fantastic skiing holiday at this hotel in a great location. The hotel is just 200 meters away from the ski lift, making it extremely convenient for hitting the slopes. The rooms were clean, warm, and had convenient ski boot warmers, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel offered a good breakfast, which was a great way to start the day before hitting the slopes. One of the highlights of my stay was the beautiful panoramic sceneries and fresh mountain air that surrounded the hotel. It was truly rejuvenating and added to the overall experience.
I had a very good stay at this hotel.

This hotel is a great value for money, especially for families with kids. It offers a fantastic aquapark with three slides and two jacuzzis. The location is ideal for exploring the surrounding mountains, with plenty of nice places and paths nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfy. Plus, the breakfast is included, which is always a bonus.
All was okay, but the dining area could be improved for better seating arrangements.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location is unbeatable. It's right next to the ski lifts, making it super convenient for skiing enthusiasts like myself. The view from the hotel room was breathtaking, with the mountains right outside my window. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. They spoke fluent English, which made communication a breeze. Lastly, the hotel offered great value for money. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with plenty of storage space for luggage. The breakfast included in the stay was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I had a memorable experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

The hotel offered a decent breakfast and a good location for skiing. Plus, the bathroom was very clean and the room was warm, which was perfect for the chilly weather. there were ski boots warmers and we were not too far from the ski lift.

The location of this hotel truly stands out as one of its greatest advantages, perfect for skiing enthusiasts, next to Medvedin ski lifts. the rooms are modern, clean, and well-appointed with comfortable mattresses and quality bedding. the bathrooms are spotlessly clean and well-equipped. the breakfast selection is varied and tasty, with plenty of fresh bread, fruit, and hot drinks. the aquapark and swimming pool with slides are exceptional facilities for families with kids to enjoy.
Some staff members appeared unfriendly and unprofessional, which can have a negative impact on one’s experience and satisfaction.

The hotel was conveniently located near the ski lifts and had a good supply of information. The breakfast was reasonable and offered a good variety of food. The heated ski storage was very useful for storing our ski equipment.
The hotel was quite overpriced for what it was and did not offer good value for money. We had to pay extra for facilities that we expected to be included in the room price.
